Post Compass Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the service “Post Compass” (the “Service”). By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights
  • Unauthorized access or interference with the operation of the Service
  • Acts that violate the terms of SNS platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Acts that cause disadvantages to the Company or third parties (including van)
  • Any act deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 3 (Service Content)

The Service provides support, automation, and assistance for SNS posting. Generated content does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or originality.

Article 4 (Fees)

The fee structure of this Service is as follows.

Basic fees

  • Basic Plan (1 SNS): ¥2,480 per month

Additional SNS

  • Additional SNS (1 destination): ¥1,200 per month
  • The number of available SNS destinations increases or decreases according to the contract.

Video generation (credit-based)

  • 10 Credits: ¥1,200
  • 30 Credits: ¥3,000
  • 60 Credits: ¥5,400
  • Credits are consumed when generating videos.

Total fees

  • Monthly fees and video generation credit fees are added according to the contract.
  • The total amount varies according to the number of SNS destinations and credits.

Fees may change without prior notice.

Contract status and remaining credits can be confirmed on the user's account screen.

Article 5 (AI-Generated Content and Copyright)

  • AI is not perfect and may contain errors.
  • The Company does not guarantee the ownership, usability, or originality of generated content.
  • Users are responsible for confirming that their use of generated content does not violate copyright or laws.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from generated content.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company assumes no responsibility for damages caused to users due to:

  • Server failures, network failures, or external service outages
  • Specification changes, suspension, or failures of SNS platforms
  • Posting failures, delays, duplication, or non-reflection
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Malfunctions of user devices, communication environments, or browsers
  • Viruses, malware, unauthorized access, etc.
  • Damages caused by users to third parties (including van)
  • Damages arising from the use of the Service
  • The Company takes reasonable measures against unauthorized access, cyberattacks, threats, and coercion, but does not guarantee complete security.
  • The Company does not provide compensation even if service interruption, data loss, or posting failure occurs due to such incidents.
  • The Company does not comply with unjust demands or coercion from external parties.
  • For Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, the Service processes posting through the official APIs provided by each platform. For TikTok, because a general public posting API is not broadly provided, the Service uses a safe method based on publicly available legitimate posting endpoints.
  • Each platform may change its specifications, and such changes may temporarily make posting functions unavailable. If a violation of a platform's rules occurs, the user's account may be suspended or frozen.
  • The Service operates within a reasonable and safe scope, but the Company is not responsible for platform-side specification changes, usage restrictions, review-policy changes, terms changes, or account suspension / freezing.

Article 7 (Service Suspension and Changes)

The Company may change or suspend the Service as necessary.

Article 8 (User Responsibility)

Users bear all risks associated with the use of the Service.

  • The Service provides general guidance on how to use the functions it offers.
  • Issues arising from the user's device environment, network environment, or SNS account side, including login failure, suspension, authentication errors, or API limits, are outside the scope of support.
  • If an error occurs, please first review the on-screen error message and any notices shown by the relevant SNS platform.
  • Users must not share their SNS account information, authentication credentials, or backup codes with third parties.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

This Service manages users' personal information appropriately and handles it securely in accordance with applicable laws.

Access tokens and similar credentials required for SNS integrations are managed using secured environment-based handling, and the Service is operated under a policy of not permanently storing passwords or other highly sensitive information in plain text.

Details such as the information collected, purposes of use, provision to third parties, retention period, and security measures are set out in the separately established “Privacy Policy.”

The user is deemed to have reviewed the Privacy Policy and to have accepted it by using this Service.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect upon publication.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, the Yokohama District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

Article 12 (Operator Information)

Post Compass 利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本サービス「Post Compass」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーは、本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • 著作権その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為
  • 不正アクセス、または本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  • SNS会社（Instagram、YouTube 等）の規約に違反する行為
  • 当社または第三者（van 等）に不利益を与える行為
  • 当社が不適切と判断する行為

第3条（サービス内容）

本サービスは、SNS投稿支援・自動化・生成補助などを提供します。 生成されるコンテンツは、完全性・正確性・独自性を保証するものではありません。

第4条（料金）

本サービスの料金体系は以下のとおりです。

基本料金

  • Basic Plan（SNS 1件）：月額 2,480円

SNS追加

  • SNS追加（1件）：月額 1,200円
  • 利用可能なSNS件数は、契約内容に応じて増減します。

動画生成（クレジット制）

  • 10 Credits：1,200円
  • 30 Credits：3,000円
  • 60 Credits：5,400円
  • クレジットは動画生成時に消費されます。

合計料金について

  • 月額料金と動画生成クレジット料金は、契約内容に応じて加算されます。
  • SNS件数やクレジット数に応じて総額は変動します。

料金は予告なく変更される場合があります。

契約状況およびクレジット残数は、ユーザーのアカウント画面にて確認できます。

第5条（AI生成物および著作権）

  • AI は完全ではなく、誤りを含む可能性があります。
  • 生成物の著作権の帰属、利用可能性、独自性について保証するものではありません。
  • 生成物の利用に伴う著作権侵害・法令違反等の確認はユーザーの責任となります。
  • 生成物に起因して発生した損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

第6条（免責事項）

当社は、以下の事由によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

  • サーバー障害・ネットワーク障害・外部サービス停止による利用不可
  • SNS会社の仕様変更・停止・障害による機能停止
  • SNS投稿の失敗・遅延・重複・未反映
  • データ消失・破損
  • ユーザー端末・通信環境・ブラウザ等の不具合
  • ウイルス・マルウェア・不正アクセス等
  • ユーザーが第三者（van 等）に与えた損害
  • 本サービスの利用に関連して発生したトラブルや損害
  • 当社は、外部からの不正アクセス、サイバー攻撃、脅迫、強要等に対して、合理的な範囲で対策を行いますが、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
  • これらの事象に起因してサービス停止・データ消失・投稿不可などが発生した場合でも、当社は補償を行いません。
  • 当社は、外部からの不当な要求や強要に応じることはありません。
  • 本サービスは、Instagram・Facebook・YouTube については各プラットフォームが提供する公式APIを利用して投稿処理を行います。TikTok については、一般向けの公式投稿APIが提供されていないため、公開されている正規の投稿経路を利用した安全な方法で処理を行います。
  • 各プラットフォームは仕様変更を行う場合があり、変更内容によっては一時的に投稿機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。また、SNS側の規約違反が発生した場合、ユーザーのアカウントが停止・凍結される可能性があります。
  • 本サービスは安全な範囲で動作しますが、SNS側の仕様変更、利用制限、審査基準の変更、規約変更、または凍結について責任を負いません。

第7条（利用停止・変更）

当社は、必要に応じて本サービスの内容変更・停止を行うことがあります。

第8条（ユーザーの責任）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用に伴うすべてのリスクを自己の責任で負います。

  • 本サービスは、提供機能の一般的な利用方法に関する案内を行います。
  • ユーザーの端末環境、通信環境、SNS アカウント側の問題（ログイン不能、凍結、認証エラー、API 制限等）はサポート対象外です。
  • エラー発生時は、まず画面上のエラーメッセージおよび各SNS側の通知をご確認ください。
  • ユーザーは、自身のSNSアカウント情報、認証情報、バックアップコード等を第三者へ共有しないものとします。

第9条（個人情報の取り扱い）

本サービスは、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理し、関連法令に基づき安全に取り扱います。

SNS連携に必要なアクセストークン等は、安全管理のため暗号化された環境変数等により管理し、パスワードその他の機密情報を平文で恒久保存しない方針で運用します。

収集する情報、利用目的、第三者提供、保存期間、安全管理措置などの詳細は、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に記載しています。

ユーザーは、プライバシーポリシーの内容を確認し、本サービスの利用によりこれを承諾したものとみなします。

第10条（規約変更）

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。 変更後の規約は掲示時点で効力を持ちます。

第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。 紛争が生じた場合、横浜地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
