Post Compass Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms define the conditions for using the service “Post Compass”. By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights
  • Unauthorized access or interference with the operation of the Service
  • Acts that violate the terms of SNS platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Acts that cause disadvantages to the Company or third parties
  • Any act deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 3 (Service Content)

The Service is SaaS for SNS posting support, automation, and generation assistance. Completeness, accuracy, and originality of AI-generated content are not guaranteed.

Section 4 (Fees, Payment, and Free Trial)

Base Fees

Basic Plan (1 SNS): $19 (USD) / €18 (EUR) / £16 (GBP) per month

Additional SNS

Additional SNS (1 destination): $9(USD) / €8 (EUR) / £7 (GBP) per month

Map Option: $9 (USD) / €8 (EUR) / £7 (GBP) per month

(Available for all supported SNS.)

Video Generation (Credit-based)

  • 10 Credits: $9 (USD) / €8 (EUR) / £7 (GBP)
  • 30 Credits: $24 (USD) / €22 (EUR) / £20 (GBP)
  • 60 Credits: $39 (USD) / €36(EUR) / £33 (GBP)

Fees are added according to the user's contract and may change without notice.

  1. This service is provided as a subscription.
  2. Users pay fees through Stripe.
  3. A 10-day free trial is included.
  4. If canceled during the free trial, no fees will be charged.
  5. After the free trial ends, the plan automatically becomes paid and the initial fee is charged.
  6. Fees after cancellation cannot be refunded.
  7. Cancellation can be made from the account page until the day before the next renewal date.

Article 4-2 (Refund Policy)

  1. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable.
  2. Service delivery begins immediately upon purchase; therefore, refunds after service initiation are not available under the laws of any region.
  3. Fees charged after automatic renewal following the free trial are non-refundable.
  4. In cases of duplicate or fraudulent charges, refunds may be issued after investigation through Stripe.

Article 4-3 (EU/UK Consumer Protection Compliance)

  1. Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply when users agree to immediate service delivery.
  2. As the Service becomes available immediately upon registration, users are deemed to have agreed to immediate delivery, and the cooling-off period does not apply.

Article 5 (AI-Generated Content and Copyright)

AI-generated content may contain errors. Copyright, originality, and usability of generated content are not guaranteed. The user is responsible for any legal or copyright issues arising from use of generated content.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company assumes no responsibility for damages caused by:

  • Server, network, or external-service outages
  • SNS platform specification changes, suspension, or failures
  • SNS posting failures, delays, duplication, or non-reflection
  • Data loss or corruption
  • User device, network, or browser issues
  • Viruses, malware, or unauthorized access
  • Damages caused by the user to third parties
  • Service interruption or data loss caused by external attacks or coercion

The Service uses official APIs for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. TikTok has no general public posting API, so the Service uses publicly available legitimate posting paths.

Article 7 (Service Suspension, Changes, and Post-Cancellation)

The Company may change or suspend the Service as necessary.

  1. Users may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
  2. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
  3. Users may continue to access their account and past content after cancellation.
  4. No refunds will be issued in connection with service termination or discontinuation.

Article 8 (User Responsibility)

Users bear the risks associated with use of the Service.

Issues on the user device, network, or SNS account (including login failure, suspension, or authentication errors) are outside the scope of support.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information is managed in accordance with applicable laws. Access tokens required for SNS integration are kept in an encrypted environment. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect upon publication.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, the Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

  • Operating environment: A current browser is recommended.

Post Compass 利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本サービス「Post Compass」の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • 著作権その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為
  • 不正アクセス、または本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  • SNS会社（Instagram、YouTube 等）の規約に違反する行為
  • 当社または第三者に不利益を与える行為
  • 当社が不適切と判断する行為

第3条（サービス内容）

本サービスは、SNS投稿支援・自動化・生成補助などを提供する SaaS です。AI生成物の完全性・正確性・独自性は保証しません。

第4条（料金・支払い・無料期間）

基本料金

Basic Plan（SNS 1件）：月額 2,480円

SNS追加

SNS追加（1件）：月額 1,200円

地図オプション：月額 1,200円

（すべてのSNSに利用可能です。）

動画生成（クレジット制）

  • 10 Credits：1,200円
  • 30 Credits：3,000円
  • 60 Credits：5,400円

料金は契約内容に応じて加算され、予告なく変更される場合があります。

  1. 本サービスはサブスクリプション方式で提供されます。
  2. ユーザーは Stripe による決済を通じて料金を支払うものとします。
  3. 本サービスには 10 日間の無料期間があります。
  4. 無料期間中に解約された場合、料金は発生しません。
  5. 無料期間終了後は自動的に有料プランへ移行し、初回料金が発生します。
  6. 自動更新後の料金は返金できません。
  7. 解約は次回更新日の前日までにアカウント画面から行うことができます。

第4条の2（返金ポリシー）

  1. 本サービスはデジタルサービスの性質上、お支払い後の返金には対応していません。
  2. サービス提供は購入直後に開始されるため、利用開始後の返金は世界各地域の法律においても対象外となります。
  3. 無料期間終了後に自動更新された料金については返金できません。
  4. 重複請求や不正請求が確認された場合は、Stripe を通じて調査の上、必要に応じて返金を行います。

第4条の3（EU・UKの消費者保護法への対応）

  1. EU・UK の消費者保護法に基づき、デジタルサービスは即時提供に同意した場合、14日間のクーリングオフは適用されません。
  2. 本サービスは登録直後に機能が利用可能となるため、ユーザーは即時提供に同意したものとみなし、クーリングオフは適用外となります。

第5条（AI生成物および著作権）

AI生成物には誤りが含まれる可能性があります。生成物の著作権・独自性・利用可能性は保証しません。生成物の利用に伴う法令違反・著作権侵害等はユーザーの責任です。

第6条（免責事項）

当社は以下の事由による損害について責任を負いません。

  • サーバー障害・ネットワーク障害・外部サービス停止
  • SNS会社の仕様変更・停止・障害
  • SNS投稿の失敗・遅延・重複・未反映
  • データ消失・破損
  • ユーザー端末・通信環境・ブラウザ等の不具合
  • ウイルス・マルウェア・不正アクセス等
  • ユーザーが第三者に与えた損害
  • 外部からの攻撃・強要等によるサービス停止やデータ消失

本サービスは Instagram・Facebook・YouTube の公式APIを利用します。TikTok は一般向け公式投稿APIが存在しないため、公開されている正規の投稿経路を利用します。

第7条（利用停止・変更・解約後の扱い）

当社は必要に応じて本サービスの内容変更・停止を行うことがあります。

  1. 解約後も次回更新日まではサービスを利用できます。
  2. 解約後は次回以降の料金は発生しません。
  3. 解約後もアカウントおよび投稿ログは引き続き確認できます。
  4. 本サービスの停止・終了に伴う返金は行いません。

第8条（ユーザーの責任）

ユーザーは本サービス利用に伴うリスクを自己の責任で負います。

端末環境・通信環境・SNSアカウント側の問題（ログイン不能・凍結・認証エラー等）はサポート対象外です。

第9条（個人情報の取り扱い）

個人情報は関連法令に基づき適切に管理します。SNS連携に必要なアクセストークン等は暗号化された環境で管理し、パスワード等を平文保存しません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーに記載します。

第10条（規約変更）

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は掲示時点で効力を持ちます。

第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、横浜地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
